@van nice google who is your congressman in your state and the area you live in and call the office and explain the reason for your call and they will get back to you, wow that’s crazy that’s a long time

did you have a previous marriage or maybe a reason it might be taking long? I’m still waiting and my pd is July 8th 2021. I had a previous marriage and that could be the reason for me.

@Michelle Penaloza @J B You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

They did not forget about you. I applied in May 2020 and my Case has been approved in August 2023. Since September 2023 I still waiting for interview letter. Each case is different but if you can talk to your congressman please do it without hesitate.

you are supposed to be with your spouse by now.your approval should have been 2022.

if it's IR1 you are out of time processing
