confused
Long story short I was told that a RFIE was sent, never received it, got the congressman involved. He called them today for a follow up and there’s no RFIE on my file. Has anyone had this happen? What do I do now?

Nope. They told our Congressman’s office there is nothing in my file about sending me a RFIE and sent me an email stating nothing was sent but it still has it was sent on July 31 on my online account. The Congressman’s office was told we would get a notification of action by October 1 but nothing so far.
