Confused
my hubby is in the military he wants to marry me before he retires next year ( 20 years of service🙏) and I have a pending vawa case since Jan 2022 and I don’t know what to do….
any suggestion/s will help 🙏

Rules are simple Marry before VAWA gets approved and your VAWA CASE will be DENIED.

@2022 filer you can’t marry yet except if you want to forfeit your vawa

unfortunately i also recommend not marrying as you will forfeit vawa and have to start a new marriage case

withdraw ur vawa case then get married and file for adjustment of status period
