Last month when I called Infopass, they told me I was queue for interview, still no changes, so I got in contact with my senator and the response was ‘pending officer review’…..what does that mean? was there a change? anyone was in that similar situation?

@Leeza 🇯🇲 Leeza we share same pd and similar situation. I got active reviews for both cases one March and one August and nothing since. Monday service request submitted. Wednesday response came that case is being reviewed.. 2 hours later action taken on case . Up to this moment no update on the Portal. so I called 24 hrs after notice . Rep said officer scheduled interview, but even 48 hours later it wasn’t reflecting in account so I called yesterday again… this rep said no appointments scheduled, nothing being requested. It is just currently under review. She says sometimes error msgs are sent.

@Leeza 🇯🇲 Leeza in April of this year I reached out to Congressman, his office reached out to USCIS and they responded with regular generic message.
