It depends but mostly no interview! Just make sure you turn in enough strong document showing that y’all are still married!

do I need to wait for USCIS to send a letter or I can start filling the application and send it. Because next Month is my wife's due date I will not have any time to focus on application filling and gathering supporting documents. I have to fill it by October 14th

Hi Friends, I have couple of questions regarding my Conditional GC renewal. I have a Canada PR and I am going to be a Canadian citizen next month I have my Oath ceremony next month. When I applied my Green card I was a Indian citizen. while renewing my GC it takes few weeks time to get my citizenship certificate and Canadian passport. Can I renew my GC with Indian passport. Please suggest me what is the next step. As part of the GC RENEWAL process. is it mandatory to do an affidavit. If so, Please let me know what is the process to get it done

Hi Everyone, I have to renew my conditional Green card. 2 years ago I was an Indian citizen while filing my Green card and I had a Canada Permanent resident. I became Canadian citizen and I received naturalization e-certificate. Now after 2 years of marriage I am renewing my Conditional Green card to permanent Green card. I still need to get my Canada Passport and yet to renounce my Indian passport. In this case do I need to mention Canadian citizen or Indian citizen in I-751 form. Please clarify someone regarding this. Eagerly waiting for your help and quick response.

Hi, it's been 11 months my case is in progress and my conditional green card is renewed till 2028. I would be eligible for Citizenship next Jan 12th. I read it in USCIS applicants can be eligible for Citizenship 3 months in advance. can anyone please confirm whether I would be eligible to apply citizenship
