Conditional GC, Divorce, I-751
Hello Everyone,
Me and my Spouse are planning to get divorced this month here in Texas. I have my conditional greencard which I got this year a few months back. I have a few questions if someone could help me out, I know a lawyer would be the best option but your help would be greatly appreciated.
Questions:
1. How long does it take to get divorce decree?
2. I have conditional greencard and our marriage is faithful and legit, will it be problematic to remove the conditions while I have conditional greencard?
3. We both are agreed to get divorced without any problems, and my spouse is willing to write that our marriage was in good faith, what exactly do I need from my spouse?

1- minimum 60 days. A lot more if children are involved or if she changes her mind about amicably ending things.
2- If you have enough proof to show marriage is legit then no.
3- A statement from her should be enough. Ask immigration attorney to be sure.
