Thanks. Yes, this was filed through my employer, and they have a immigration attorneys on a retainer.

It was the Nebraska Service Center, but the fingerprints were taken at a local field office.

The priority date was when my PERM application was filed with the DOL(June 22). I received the PERM cerification in March 23, and I-140 and I-485 were filed in April 23.

@Y Kh I have the exact same filing dates. What’s your PD? I also got transferred to NBC from Nebraska on 5/30. I’m EB2-1 as well
