Concurrent filing F2A
If it is concurrent filing (visa bulletin was current in Feb 23) does I-130 gets approved first or I-130 and I-485 will get looked into at the same time when my priority date becomes current?

Typically, when the I-130 and I-485 forms are filed concurrently, they are processed together. However, for categories subject to numerical limits, if a visa number is not currently available, the USCIS may only approve the I-130 and pre-process the I-485. Approval of the I-485 occurs once the applicant’s priority date becomes current.
