concerned Eb4 backlog!
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to remind all of you about the bill that Congress introduced in June 2025 — the Protect Vulnerable Immigrant Youth Act. This bill would finally fix the long delays and backlogs that all SIJ youth are suffering in the EB-4 category.
We all have a Congressman in our district. Please take a few minutes to contact them.
You can send them a message online or call their office. It doesn’t cost anything, and your voice truly matters.
If more of us reach out, Congress will see that this issue is important and urgent for thousands of young people. Even a short message helps — it shows them that we care and we are paying attention.
