mine passport is returned back after scanning and decision is referred to immigration court

99% if they keep your passport they are NOT going to return it to yoy even if you are granted. you can request it back but 50/50 chance

I requested for my passport 3 months ago.nobody knows when they handover to me..I Thik the passport return chance is 5% ..

@UNK Ibrahim is it good sign to retain passport,the asylum officer give me two letters ,one for EAD and other letter for keeping original passport and all other documents for further review.

@Yasir Farid yes approved. they gave you EAD under A5? if asykum office gives you EAD usually that means approval…didbtheyvalso give you i-94?
