About 20mins, and that’s cos I brought new info during the interview else it’d have been shorter. I did not go with my spouse and he did not want my spouse in the room, even asked for my baby to wait in the waiting room until I said it was just her by herself.
Was easy, questions were easy…stopped after I got the first 6. It was as if he was bent on giving me. Cos after he assumed I still lived with my spouse, I said ‘no we’ve been separated for a couple of months’ then he asked for his new address and left the room, said he was going to go use another computer. I was scared. Came back and I gave him the new info and he keyed it in and apologized for asking me personal questions. Said every marriage has issues. And then he approved me. Said as long as there is no final divorce document before my oath ceremony I’m good.

If it’s based on marriage they’ll ask for tax information….returns or transcript is fine, marriage certificate, lease documents, pictures and other supporting documents. Just google it or check this app, information on n400 is well documented
