Combo/ concurrent filing
Hi everyone. I married my wife in Feb, 2023 and she filed for myI-130 online on March, 2023. we recently realised that we could file for my I-485 , I-785 concurrently. the current status of my I-130 is pending with an estimated time of 4 month untill completion. Will I still be able to file my I-485 and I785 online now ? Also can someone explain the timeline of filing each form and which follows which. I am currently in STEM opt with an EAD that expires in July 2024. Thanks in advance.

yes you can file I-485 and I-765 concurrently.

cannot file I-485 online but go ahead and submit your applications by mail.

send on the receipt you received from the I 130 you submitted so you won't have to pay for the work permit form only the I 485 form..good luck 😉
