combo card issued after transferring my underlying basis! any experience ?
I had requested to transfer my underlying basis from a marriage-based case to an approved NIW. My initial I-485 was terminated and I was issued another I-485 receipt number. after that I received my combo card, but my combo card number starts with IOE, which is for family-based cases, and my new I-485 receipt starts with MSC which is for NIW-based cases. Can I still use my combo card for traveling and re-entry to the U.S? Will the CBP at the airport have access to all this information ?

I am not sure if you can travel with this combo card, but yes I know CBP has acces to all your information ☺️

how long before they responded to your request to transfer and did you use a lawyer to make the request?
