Combo card for travel
I entered the United States with an F1 visa but I have been unlawful presence for several years. Can I re-enter the United States after traveling with a combo card? and I still have a pending immigration application(I-485)

I think you can re-enter

USCIS says that re-enter to the US is not guaranteed, especially if you have unlawful presence. take a look at the approval notice you received for the AP. it has a section on unlawful presence.
in reality I don’t know anyone who was denied entering. I traveled with AP but I don’t have unlawful presence.

people used it. I read a girl who went on 5 months vacation back home and came home safely. I wouldn’t use it unless it’s emergency but if u want u can

stop putting fear in people, AP was approved for a reason unless you have a criminal record or been put in deportation before. overstayed won’t deny you re-entry. don’t stay out more than 4weeks and check if you close to getting a decision from USCIS before traveling.
