Combo card for EB1-A derivative applicant
My husband (EB1-A primary applicant) and our son received their EAD and Advance Parole approvals two weeks ago with a priority date of Nov/27/2023. My EAD case still shows fees waived since the same date. Is it common for USCIS not to approve dependents at the same time? How long should I expect to wait?

it seems like they treat every case number differently even if you filed together. I have the opp scenario. my husband’s ead was approved last week but mine (primary applicant) is still pending.

@kay r thank you! I have read about different cases, and it seems that the processing time is different for every family member. I just hope to get an update soon, as my EAD will expire at the end of this month.
