combo card approved today
I was waiting on a response to my i485 application as today was my 59 days since rfe for medical was received and emma agents kept telling me I needed to wait 60 days but today my i765 & 131 combo card approval notice was there. and i485 is still pending. anyone have experience with this?

@um ch yes I just did a service request 5 days ago and still waiting for God's intervention. I was told to wait for another 30days

@jimmy .. , I am going to do a service request on Monday because today makes it exactly 60 days for the i485 receipt of medical. emma chat isn’t available today so I will reach out on Monday. i hope we get it soon.

@saha a yes, emma agents told us to wait 60 days for decision on i485 rfe response. so after that they will open a service request but then they tell you to wait another 30 days.

@um ch same thing happened....they gave me number and screenshot the number for my record....I was not told what to do with the number too....I guess we have to wait

@um ch I just contacted them again to ask about the number and I was told to keep it safe and use it when contacting them after 30 days if nothing happens....it's like a service request case number

I reached out to emma again yesterday and asked what i am supposed to do with the service request number. she said it takes 30 days and sometimes they reach out via email sometimes they dont. she confirmed that my email was correct but i still dont have anything new. my i765 is closed and said card produced. praying for u
