Nov 7 2022 Self petitioned….No lawyer …Expedited by mail my 765 in April 2023 no response.June 21 ask Senator for help they sent an Email .July 12 expedite approved with 131 via Senator… 8 months VAWA c9 ..!!My daughter still waiting filed same day …!!Will see how long hers take on original time without expedite..
Happy I will be able to work soon
By looking at others it will take 2-3 weeks to hv card in my hand .

i expedited mine and it was approved on 22 june but no updates after hope for new card being produced💫

@Aman R There’s been a lot of delay after approval Bt they said will not pass 30 days without getting yr card in hand .

I expedited by myself - no answer. Asked senator for help too - no answer as well. I’m in TX btw. I do’t know what to do anymore.

@Miroslava Kurtova Unfortunately Texas is a Red state they don’t like immigrants at all …It’s best if you expedite via lawyer there ,I’m in Michigan there’s not much immigrants here so they were happy to help

@Maki W I included my daughter asthma prescription note,Acceptance letter from University,Military bursary letter asking 4 SSN,Form from Senator that explains im abt to be homeless ,I don’t hv money to even buy soap&sanitory towels …Was real detailed.
