hi how long it takes to get the combo card i applied on nov 8 2023

I applied September 1

Hii my card also showing still in my app card was mail to me but I didn’t get tracking info still and it’s 15 days

@selesteen gonsalves it's says card mail, but once usps picks up your card it will say usps pick up card with tracking number attach. Is it 15 days since you get the notification "card mail"?

my card was approved 1month ago and card was mail to me showing 15 days ago. do u have any idea how long take more

@shari Mc even I didn’t get approval notice. my approval notice received my lower and he didn’t give me that much info

@shari Mc but on my case track it’s showing before April 13 2024 i will received and if not received I have to put e request like that they mentioned

@selesteen gonsalves you can call USCIS and request info pass and they will direct you to someone to speak with. ask them the update and I’m sure they will give the reason for the hold up or when you should expect your card. call very early in morning like around 8:30 am so that you won’t be put on hold for a long time.
