Citizenship Question
I have an approved I-751 waiver of conditional residence based on battery or extreme cruelty.
I just applied for citizenship under the 3 years exception. will I have to provide evidence of the abuse again? they should have it all from my approved I-751 waiver of conditional residence based on battery or extreme cruelty.

is your marriage 5 years . Am aware that 3 years marriage applicable for citizen application if you are still in marriage otherwise you might need to wait for 5 years limit. if you are in doubt, you could contact your lawyer

as far as I know, to apply for a citizenship after 3 years you should to be married. if you are not married anymore you’ll need to wait 2 more years

The I-751 VAWA waiver allows you to apply within three years even after divorce.
