my husband filed for my children and myself. I got my green card but my children who are under the age of 10 still have thier status as "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS
As of June 25, 2021,we are reviewing...."
We thought it would be approved st the same time.
they are based outside the country.
has anyone gone through the same process?
how long did it take to get thier child (ren)application approved?
please let us know.

They will get approved soon I saw this before I have a friend and she got approved for her greencard a few months for her greencard before her underage daughter out of the country.

My wife is a USC, and she filed a petition for me and my son
I got approved after 4 months
and my son got approved after 9 months

I'm in the same position as you. I got approved but my child who is out of the country is still on actively reviewing and we filed at the same time. I did AOS. I don't what to do to get his case to move since they were waiting for me to be approved.
