child age limit for I-485
Does the age limit of 21 for a child, apply to the date of filing the I-485 application or to the date of decision.
I m in the EB1 category and my daughter is about to turn 19 in few months. We re expecting our priority date will be current in next few months. But worried if the approval process takes more than 2 years then she might be over 21 at that time.
Anyone who has info on this kindly share.

you should be filing aos for her before her age is 21. one the aos is filed her age is locked. you need to go the cspa rule to calculate her age. you can deduct the days that your i140 is pending from her age
