@Anna Miller yes I had my stokes interview, unfortunately we were told that we failed, and had to appeal, just wondering if anyone has similar experience and knows what comes next

@Travi Trent omg!!! I’m so sorry.. if you don’t mind sharing, why did you fail? what questions you were asked?

@Anna Miller it was long, they separated,questions about my husband’s car,about my child’s father and him seeing our child, what we did, for my child’s birthday, and the last time we went out, and they said we didn’t have enough evidence and no accumulate funds

@Anna Miller at the time I didn’t have any social or work permit,so we weren’t able to acquire much stuff together

no,we answered all the questions, but the questions that in put in the previous post are the ones, they said failed us…my husband said he was nervous and confused

@My Rock thank you for your kind words, I wish you all the best as well 🙏🙏🙏🙏 we did… interview went great, we were separated, but there were just basic questions like how we met etc and guess what.. they gave me the paper that it’s held for review 😭😭😭 I literally have PTSD because I got the same paper after our first interview.. we provided all the evidence possible, tons of pics with fam and friends, I literally don’t know what else could we do.. I just feel it was not meant to be

@My Rock you are absolutely right.. we can’t let them ruin our lives. but it’s so hard to live endlessly waiting gosh 2020, it’s just ridiculous.. have you tried contacting White House?

@Pepertua A notice to appear at the field office and ask specific agent. reason - pending I-485

@Anna Miller sorry another question cause it seems like same letter they sent but it was addressed to just my usc spouse..Was that the same for you? Addressed to just your spouse? thank you!!

@Pepertua A no worries! no, it was addressed to me (immigrant) and only for my I-485 which I was surprised because I-130 is not approved yet either. in the letter it was mentioned being your ID, passport, and USC spouse. nothing related to bring more evidence etc

@child of grace hi there, my second interview they separated us, I (immigrant) went first and they asked me simple questions how did I come to US, what visa, where did I stay etc etc all about how I came to US. as far as relationship questions they only asked how we met, where was a wedding, if I know parents, bills, join account (why only 1 direct deposit), that’s pretty much all. and then I went out and my husband came in and he was there for like 15 mins, they just asked how we met and about the wedding, I believe that’s all
