Chicago field office could not suck more
They are completely useless. I see people getting approved within 3-5 months, and here I am still waiting after 2 months sending my medicals in.
That field office is completely useless, and it is unfair how some people receive Green card sooner than others, and thus will be eligible for citizenship sooner.

@M J, @m a , @Anna Miller and whenever you reach out to Emma Agents they are completely useless. The whole USCIS Agency is just one big scam. luckily, I got my EAD, but I would like to become a citizen ASAP and not wait forever because I have an incompetent agent and field office.

same here, we're from Salt Lake and our case got transferred to the Chicago Filed Office in February 2023. August 20th marks 2 years since we filed and we're still waiting while people are getting approved in 3 months. not fair.
