chatting with Emma with regards to where I-485 is processing
Guys I need your input with regards to chatting with Emma where I-485 is. I been talking to Emma for past two weeks to find out where my I-485 is processing but I get mix answer everytime. One agents says it’s processing at my local field office then I chat with another one to confirm they say it’s still at NBC. That happened to me multiples times.
what is your experience and where you able to confirm location?

yes! same here… they’re full of s….
best way to know is to talk over the phone. I got two really nice agents over the phone and gave me more information I’ve ever had otherwise… as long as you’re courteous and polite they’ll help you with your questions. I don’t use Emma anymore

@Eti Osa Im not sure what are the processing times for 2023 on your forms…. doesn’t hurt to call them, I’d give it a shot
