Pd- 11/11/2021 no rfe/ interview so far I765/AP/ I485J approved long time back case- CRP asked live agent about my case and her response was- Your case is currently being processed at the National Benefits Center. The most recent review by a USCIS officer took place on 05/27/2026. Please note that USCIS does not provide case-specific details for these types of updates, so additional information about that review is not available. Each case is assigned to an officer when arriving at any USCIS location. At this time, your case is actively processing and progressing as expected. There are no outstanding requests or additional information required from you at this stage. Your case is undergoing the necessary internal processing and background checks that must be completed prior to a final decision. Once a case is received and entered into the system, it remains under continuous review by USCIS officers. While your case may not be worked on daily due to overall caseloads, it remains in the processing queue. According to immigration regulations, an immigration officer should interview each applicant for adjustment of status. However, USCIS officers may determine, on a case-by-case-basis, that it is unnecessary to interview certain adjustment of status applicants. USCIS will notify you whether or not an interview is necessary. USCIS agents no longer have access to view if an interview has been waived, only when it has been requested for scheduling or scheduled. Does it mean that my file has been opened and is in review? Will i receive an rfe for medical soon?

a paragraph of nothingness, usual verbal garbage from USCIS. NBC is not approving cases these days so it has to go to a local, non local fo where further action is taken on your case. If its at NBC then its collecting dust, USCIS just gaslighting you 🤣.

@Paan Singh case was recently reviewed cant be garbage right? after years of retrogression, if a case is being touched shall be a hopeful sign regardless of where its at..

@Eb3 other no bro.A buch of cases ik belonging to people with PD of October, November, Decmeber are getting transferred to non local fo, they are starting to get rfe/ interview scheduled now. If you case it at NBC then its stuck.If you are working then open a Service request, start senator inquiry. Else try reaching to a Tier 2 officer, once a Tier 2 opens an internal ticket, it can’t be closed without someone physically looking at your files, hopefully it gets your case out of NBC.
