@A Johnson i know!! its weird that some peoples get sent to a field office a few months after they submit it and mine took 12.5 months 😂. I have the least complicated file everrrrrrr I can’t imagine what they needed to check there for so long. hopefully I get an update soon.

I was told that my case was moved to the LFO on April 11th and my I-485 shows 5 months when I was told that my interview was waived. what is going on?! I never saw the timeline like this before. My I-130 shows 2 months until decision when they are being filed concurrently. why is one taking longer than the other?

normally if your in the U.S. I believe they send it to the closest field office to you. so @w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 so if it’s in Charlotte it means you live in the NC area mines says NBC but I know it’s in Charlotte and Charlotte is taking about 22-24 months to adjudicate i485. I files last Aug so I’m just hitting 12 months.

@M M yea I live in Charlotte. Charlotte also got a guys case in June and he had his green card by July. it’s not always 22-24 months but yea. they get to you when they get to you.
