Charlotte Field office
Did anyone receive medical RFE from CFO? I’m assuming my case has been transferred there since I got and rfe from that location.
what’s the processing time for I-485 in this location? it was delivered 09/03, but it hasn’t been updated yet that they received it.

@Person P , mine was transferred Charlotte on July 3 , 2024 , so far no any movement. this FO took 21.5 months to approve the case , was you FO , Baltimore

on no August 2023 , almost 26 months you are waiting to get approval on 485, was Baltimore office your field? after vawa got approved, they didn’t do any updates on it !
