waiting since May 2022.. got ead approved last week ... send everything medical and documents while filing in May.. anyone with same experience and got approved how many months after ?

hopefully you will get approval within 1 months. I got mine

I only get email for courtesy notice last month for said my case is transfer to field office but...when I will get medical RFE ?? when u got courtesy notice?

@Sinsupa 1 The email will tell you to send the i-693 if it hasn't been sent at the time of submission. and have an address to send to charlottes field office

im going to send in my medical as well. i am responding to a courtesy email. hopefully there’s approval soon for all of us waiting.

@Sinsupa 1 my lawyer’s advice is to follow that courtesy email and send in my medicals and appropriate documents as soon as possible to my assigned field office which is Santa Ana, Ca.

we sent it today. i just got back my medical papers from my civil surgeon. I submitted it to my lawyer and sent in today.
