changing jobs on EAD, NIW green card in pending
hey folks, just need your opinion. I’m thinking of changing my job
In my niw petition, my field is civil but I’m getting a job offer in a automative company in which my AutoCAD skills will be used but the industry is different.
I’m confused please pour in your suggestions.
I don’t think this CRP will resolve soon and I don’t want to stick to my current low paying job. but I want to make sure my green card is not jeopardized.

if I were I would be very careful on that move. at least make sure that the 3 prongs are always satisfied and you are still on a national importance. I recommend you to talk with a lawyer

@Anto A @hope ful Anto is right. To be on a safe side your current job ideally should be similar to the field/proposed endeavor you claimed in your i-140 NIW.
