changing employer
so I have question guys I started working for employer in the last three months or so. my case have been pending almost a year. my job is not too bad but due to some of my plans changing in life I want to chnage my employer. and move to different state. if I find different employer is it possible to change the job and what might be the effects of it. anyone did the same thing or trying to do. I appreciate any info on that.

I-140 been approved more than 180 days and I-485 is pending more than 180 days than you may file another I485J to change your employer. Job title and duties must be 80% similar to your previous job.

yes, you can change another employer if your pending status is over 180 days
