Changind address
Hello guys!! I do have a question, what would happen if my lawyer send the i130 with a different address than the i485?
I’ve got all of the bills,, lease, joint bank accounts ect… with the address that is in the i130 form. now I gotta do the medical exam and they send me a form where I need to put the address, the paralegal told me to put the same addrsss that is in i485 form that’s the address where I used to live, my aunt lives there I come to that address from time to time though!!!

you need to give them your updated address on USCIS. go online and do that now so your addresses match. that’s an easy thing to do and an easy thing for them to be suspicious about. @
