we have taken action on your case when I checked my husbands I-130 changed to case is being actively reviewed I hope this is the approval coming

we haven’t had any action since our last rfe back in Aug 2023 which they received for the i-485 which also has been on step 4 for a month and a half now everyone

mine was 3 weeks for Over a month then changed to 2 months for about 1 month and a half on 485
for the 130 says 11 months but it’s approved today @lulu 369
