can you please explain to me how to do to chat with uscis agent?

@keshia soso On USCIS website click ask Emma and ask her live agent and choose the case status option. the live agents works weekdays on working hours. they will ask you your receipt number name and date of birth and your address when they verify these information then you can ask what ever questions you got.

@keshia soso i hope so! and about uscis agent… if emma says that service is unavailable or something like that, try multiple times, it took me few tries and in about 10min I reached to them. truthfully, I don’t think they will be in some help, most people said that they told them what they already know, but try… at least I found out where my case is…

@kalid jamma I'm so confuse I'm not able to chat with the agent it's also same question as processing time check my case or others and when I selected I also send the link to me so I can go check online directly I try multiple times with différent questions but nothing where she ask for my receipt number dob or others informations

@keshia soso the first moment you start conversation with Emma ask her live agent and she will asks some questions and go from there. she will automatically connects you to live agent who can assist you. sometimes the system is down. or you talk to emma when no agent is available, check it now and see, I am sure they are working at this time.
