Change of Service Center
Waiting 7 months so far for spouse visa…did live chat with Emma to ask if maybe there was a RFE or any mail I missed and if case was still at Texas Service Center. the live agent replied that it was never at Texas Center and was sent to Potomac since the date I submitted the application. It’s weird because my receipt letter said Texas. Does anyone have experience with Potomac center and wait times???

mine was the exact opposite.. my receipt said Potomac, they told me it was never there and was in Texas

mine was texas , didt now until i spoke with an agent who said the case was moved to california the day you sumbittedeven though papers said Texas service center

my paper said Nebraska when I sent a message they said look for processing times at Potomac never got an update from them
