Chances of RFE in Year-end cases
Hi, Did anyone get I-140 approved under the EB1A category in November? My attorney said the chances of RFE are very high in November and December, and I should wait for the PP.
Is it true, or should I go for PP now?
Please suggest?

all attorneys recommended against PP but from my past experience, if your case requires RFE you will get it regardless. Waited 8 months to get rfe later. Better to save time now

Are they not approving EB1A in few weeks? I think you will be approved even before you realize it.

I am just hoping that my I140 will clear... BTW filing PP will also reflect here in lawfully or in USCIS website after we logged in to check the case status?

I'm yet to receive the copy of the RFE. I just got an online update.

now I am scared for my case... my attorney was 99% sure to not get any RFE but suddenly he says the RFE percentage is very high nowadays. let's see... how long it took to get an RFE after you submit for PP?

Hey Guys, I received my RFE today, officer accepted one criteria and asked for additional evidence on other criteria. It seems my documentations were not checked properly. I will respond to the RFE.
