if I live in Queens, NYC, how I know which center is working on my 130. the paper only say NBC

I heard national benefits center doesn’t process I-130 but I’m not sure if that’s true. Ours has been there for 7 months and hasn’t been updated to say it is being reviewed or that it was transferred. Good luck!
