Hola a todos me gustaría saber si hay alguna manera de actualizar mi categoría de C-31 que fue la que mi abogada aplicó y hasta que no aprueban mi 360 no podré obtener mi permiso de trabajo alguien sabe si hay algo que se pueda hacer para que se actualice al c-09

or just tell your lawyer to email uscis on the forgetting update

the question is, why did you lawyer filed under the C-31 category, maybe she did it cuz you’re married to a permanent resident not a U.S. citizen. then she’s right. however, if you’re married to a U.S. citizen then you’re still able to file for adjutant statues by doing so you can apply for a work permit under the C-9 category. it’s going to be free after April 1st.

@la espera desespera refile i765 and choose c9 category, attached receipt for i360 and i485. you'll be ok

just as @M dR and @shari Mc said, file another i765, attach the notice of your pending i485 and make sure you choose C09, you can also apply for I-131 so you get a combo card which you can use to travel

@la espera desespera EAd está tardando entre 7 y 9 meses ahora, así que con suerte lo obtendrás dentro del rango de 6 a 7 meses, solo espera.
