I spoke with a live agent through Emma at the beginning of the week, and I was informed that my case was in transit to the San Diego field office. However, two days later, when I reached out again, it seems that my case is still with NBC. Have you ever experienced something like this? Please share your insights

ask them again tomorrow or next week they ll say its in the field office , happened with me too two times i asked they said its in field ofice ,third time i asked i guess the agent was in rush he said its in NBC , fourth time i asked they said its in field office, so dont worry iam pretty sure its in the field office , reach them again ,
