@st ta @My Case The parent was already approved and granted a visa a few months ago after upgrading to IR1

@Asma Saleh the reason was that no one was available to take care of the kids as the petitioner was in the US and the other spouse was granted a visa recently. The case was originally F2a but was upgraded to IR1 so the kids had to be filed for again at USCIS which was taking too long so the expedite was based on that

@sara Ahmed Expedite was done 3 times by the petitioner and was denied then 1 time through congress and was approved

congratulations 🎉 I requested expedite 3 Times 2 of them denied and I am waiting for the 3rd one to get approved . if not I will try the congress expedite hopefully I will get approved
