Cases look stucked
For the past 4 months very little things seems to move ,this is so frustrating. Lawfully shows all that time that are working mostly December 21- February 22 and my lawfully Rank as March 22 filler stucked at the 40 position for ever lol
if anyone gets denial after the updated law of vawa let us know if you got Noid or RfE first, or straight up denial.
Also for those with new approvals let us know of you ll get i485 interview because I've heard they going to be stricter to vawas but eliminate their 485 interviews again on time.

same here. vawa approved 2023 march. interview for I-485 on march 2024 and today the only update after interview is biometrics applied to my case.No Rfe no noid nothing.

lol keep yourself busy guys cos it's about to get messier. my Vawa Approved January 2025, I was interviewed October 15, 2025 for I-485 and the officer said everything looks good. interview last 15 minutes and only YES/NO questions. Still waiting for decision since then. My advice????? Keep yourself busy

@Good vibes For ever Never trust Lawfully rank, i have been in Rank1 for 3 year, I never got my case approved till now. lot of people behind me already moved out of the line lol

my vawa got approved Mach 2025 they requested rfe i sent my medical in june 12th,they received it .no more updates since then.im waiting on i485 to get approved

I filled April 2022 my 1-360 was approved Nov 17, 2025 and my 1-485 was transferred to a different field office November 18, 2025.
