one of emma agents told me today that my case was transferred to a non-local FO too, but she didn’t know when. case was at nbc since we first filed on december 5,2022. pd current eb1a row. I don’t know what to expect either.

you’re probably ahead but also processing seems a bit random. my case started at NSC, was then transferred to NBC in June (almost right after I-140 approval) and was then transferred to non-local FO at some point. Best of luck to you! 🤞

@Matt what i always do is chat with them every monday and every Friday i call them to follow up on the details. was as well taking to a non local field office on 7-21-2023. my case is in the St Paul FO. my case started on the Texas service center with the PD of 7-9-2021. I am currently current. it was then transferred too NBC on 7-1-2023. now as of 7-21-2023 It was transferred to the FO and hoping for good news soon. the funny part is that my dependent already got their GC. so now I am waiting on mine now.

1 (800) 375-5283 is quite tricky but in the time they are asking on why you are calling in the automated line you have to give like a long truth ful reason for they can end up transfering you to an agent

@Yash S No updates at all ever since. I was hoping to get an approval before the new fiscal year but that doesn’t seem to happen. How about you? I checked our FO processing time which was very encouraging, one of the fastest I’ve seen!
