just a quick heads up… a lot of cases don’t always update online. you may have to call to see actual status. I have a case that says the same but they did my bio etc etc already. I called and the officer told me that happens

@ W What number did you use to get someone to talk to at USCIS? The customer service number gets automatic machine generated response.

@waiting thanks I asked uscis all they said is normal and my case at Nebraska and follow the processing time for that center to find out when my case will be approved.

ok cool g n, with me I kept getting mail from uscis that my bio was being reused/extension letters etc but online it always said ‘case received’ no matter how far along I was

yes g n it’s the same thing, if there is more progress in ur case that you can’t see… they can see on their end

thank you for your help but I didn’t get any mails only Receipt notice and acceptance notice that’s all I receive nothing else .

ok then they are just slow I wouldn’t worry too much but thankfully things seem to be picking up now. covid really messed us all up sadly
