case was denied 1yr after interview
I received a denial notice for failure to appear for interview 🙃 but I did attend my interview with my husband. My i130 was approved the very same day of the interview. im so confused right now. I already contacted my lawyer so he can see what my next step is

probably they rescheduled for another interview after the first one an u miss it an never notice ,That’s what they doing giving second interview for most cases that’s not fully approve the first interview

@Kim Marshall that was not the case I didn't get any letter or update on my account about a second interview. Also the denial notice made reference to the old interview last feb

That happened to us never received any interview notice. but then I kept contacting to uscis online agent and they made inquiry and then they rescheduled the interview few days later. It seemed like they made mistakes and it's not uncommon these days.
