case was approved early 2024, no final green card interview.
I called them, requested some details, they email that that they can’t help lol(very helpful right).
then more than a month ago my attorney sent them a letter with a written request to look into that.
I have filled the adjustment of status form with my Vawa so it was sitting there all these years. already got the case approved and have my combo card until 2029….anyone was in the same position? what is the outcome?

Vawa approved September 2024 they received my medical March 5, all now no green card or interview. when I call I can't get any update. My lawyer sent inquiry and no response. where are you located?

Vawa approved since Aug. 2024, submitted medical since 11months ago. tired of calling them

my vawa approved 2024 September, since then no update on I-485 at least I put six inquiry but not proper response then I knock the congressmen door they found my I-485 is at National benefit Centre and soon they will schedule my interview
