when did u apply ? how many months did it take to hear back from Uscis ?

I was apply on may 2019 when I was applying my husband was permanent green card and august 31rst 2020 he become he us citizen I go to my lawyer and he make copy of the citizenship and he sending to uscis and since his never reply no upgrade my case and on November2020 I make a inquiry I uscis respond your case his ready to shedule for interview since again I’m not hear nothing and on février 1rst 2021 my husband was calling and the officer tell my husband he have received the proof of citizen but the case not upgraded yet and she tell my husband to wait 30 calendar days and on Tuesday 16 février I received a email your inquiry about your case was resolved your case was been upgraded today

so your husband was already on 10years green card by may 2019 right ? and that took 13 months after receiving his citizenship/interview?

Did your lawyer attached a letter along with your husband'scertificate? My husband became a US citizen last week. I'm thinking to send his certificate to USCIS to upgrade the my category from F2A to immediate relative

yes it’s already have 10 years green card and he apply for the citizen ship on January 2020 after the inconvenience in this COVID shedule reschedule appointments and finally on august 2020 he did it
