Can you please tell you timeline

PD February 2023, submitted 485, 765 and 131 in February 2024. got EAD approved in the first week of July. still no update on AP and 485. came to know from an agent that my case was transferred to a non local FO, in the last week of July.

Hi. My case is also transferred to Hartford. almost similar dates as yours. My case was sent on 26th January 2024.

For the request to go through the congressperson’s office?

You don't need to go anywhere. Go to your congresspersons website and go to contact. Tell them you want to expedite your case. They will send you a form to fill. continue onwards.

@Dr. U hoping you have been approved. can you please share your timeline on when they attended to your case? Mine was transferred last month and it’s been radio silence
