case transferred to minn-at Paul’s field office
anyone else have their case transferred from the National office to minn-St Paul’s? I heard this is good news from my lawyer. I’m based on NY so this is not a local office for me.

Mine I-485 was transferred from NBC to Phoenix field office(non-local field office) on January and I haven’t received any updates after that. Did the lawyer provide any reason about it being a good news?

I got my EAD and parole doc, no RFE, transferred from Nebraska to NBC around mid may 23, transferred to field office 7/21 and reviewed 7/31. I don’t know the results of the review. total processing time is 14 months

yeah i got interview local fo last year August and case move to nbc for long time wait and just recently 3 weeks ago they told me transfer to Hialeah office again

@Eric Le I see. my case was also sent to Hialeah before my local FO for interview and after 6 months it was sent to NBC. maybe you are going to have another interview? are they doing that?

I’ve never had a RFE or an interview. just got my EAD and parole months back and now it’s at a non local field office for a week today

Mine was also transferred to same office in June but no update yet.
