Same for me. my case changed from “Case Remains Pending” to Transfer to another office. where your case is transferred? If its not local field office then its just load handling at uscis i think they are distributing load to other offices

That is my biggest issue with visa bulletin I don’t understand how it really works. like it shows that the visa bulletin for fiscal year of 2025, which will start October. And it says final action for PD is November 15, 2022. My PD is July 2022. I don’t know if I am going to current or not. If anyone is knowledgeable about this please let me know if applicants with July 2022 PD are going to be current next month. Thank you! Btw, my case was at NBC when I first filed my I-485 and my work permit and AP was approved together in a month after filing, but last month i received a RFE it came from Los Angeles, CA. There was no notification that says my case was transferred. I already sent the response for RFE which was (Supplement J). What should I expect next? am I going to have interview? Thank you in advance for your thoughts on this matter.

@rob k yes , my case was at NBC. i am also waiting for notice.

@Anduy F Yes you will be current from oct... some service center don't sent case transfer notice try to ask emma about which office is looking after your case What was supplement J rfe for ? did't you sent suppliment J along with 485 application ??

@rob k Thanks for your answer. I did not file the Supplement J form with I-485. I was not aware of it, because I had to file it on my own, I did not wait for the lawyer. RFE was about the job. USCIS wanted to know if the job listed in my petition is still available.

ohk as per new rules from uscis supplement j is required along with 485 they provide case no as well for it ... Good luck
