I think adjudication should take 60days were you asked for medicals or u submitted it while u did the filing. please 🙏 how do u no your interview was waived is there a place to check it. ? because I received medical RFE March 13 Rfe received April 26th. how do I no if my interview is waived how do u find out thank you

I was told my interview was waived (Emma agent&info specialist ). got RFE for (i130) and RFE (medical) 3rd and they receive it by the 22nd

same as mine 130 from Texas to Raleigh NC but bcs I send them a letter and USCIS respond my case was transferred. April 7 ,2022 to this day I heard none but my case under review

@Damilola danquah I submit the medical with my entire package last year. To determine if your interview was waived, you can ask Emma online, or call the customer service line and ask. They will tell you. To get past the automated system, just say ‘infopass’ and you will be able to speak with someone :)

@stella munch It’s honestly so frustrating. Mine was at NBC then transferred to Miami FO, received an RFE for long form birth certificate in January. They finally approved my EAD last Friday and my 131 advanced parole today. 485 status shows as ‘reviewing the evidence’ as of May 20th. I was only told my 130 had also been transferred because I called to ask. Im hoping this means we’re close to adjudication? You filed your case in April 2022?

@Ali Ortega have several agents told you the same that your case was transferred? I’m asking because one told me it was at the FO and the rest keep telling me my case is at the NBC :(. I’m exhausted of this confusion. hope you get approved soon!

@Ali Ortega yea it was transfer to the FO and the RFE’S was requested from said FO. on my husband online account my I-130 told me I can’t change my address during this stage of adjudication so hopefully I’ll be approved some time soon.

@stella munch No, but I have a process that I followed and my EAD was approved a few days later. I’m simply trying to help you out-it’s too long to type on this app. I sent the same process to a friend I met on this app, and her EAD was also approved within a few days.
