case still being processed
Hi Guys ,I got interview since last year my case I-130 have been approved and filled out my I-485 for adjustment status till now any answer past 382 days? I lost my faith Even my I-765 EAD isn’t approved yet…someone is facing this situation here???

@xyz J Hi, to clarify. You did your 130 and got approved and are now in the US and doing your 485?
My 765 took 8 months. I adjusted status from the beginning and applied for everything at the same time.
Do you know your field office? All AOS are adjudicated at a field office and not a benifits center. I will paste how to check for your field office. They all have different processing times. Some people get approved fast and others don’t.

@Kingsley B my AOS is Texas service center my I-765 is running 6 months and my I-485 13 months
